This is the version-history for SyncFolder. You can see what was fixed and changed in which relase of the application.

Version 2.3 released on 05/18/2007
- case of folder-names is now correctly added to zip
- filter and attributes of source file are compared before reading the target file (makes ftp-synchronisation much faster)
- synchronisation from ftp to local drive fixed (error "subscript out of range")
- filters were not matched exactly (a * was added before and after the pattern. this way a filter b??.jpg was like *b??.jpg)
- corrected handling of error counting
- if source and target is ftp, the warning about the local transfer is only shown once
- "Fehler beim Kopieren: Dieser Schlüssel ist bereits einem Element dieser Auflistung zugeordnet" behoben
- "fade in/out" removed as Windows XP and Vista do their own UI animations
- removed setting for "MeinFreund" which's support has stopped
- improved setup
- installer is now digitally signed
- compatible to Microsoft Windows Vista
- improved speed of synchronisation
- starts with a blank project instead of a grey window
- log files etc are saved to user's application-data directoy instead of program files' folder

Version 2.2 released on 06/06/2005
- added a new projec-setting: "attach logfile". If set, the mail at the end of the synchronization (optional) will have the log of the synchronisation attached
- no more request if project should be saved at the end of automated execution
- shortened the log-view-entries (only filename, not with full path)
- fixed some bugs on date-comparison
- fixed bug in ft-synchronization with "append source folders" set
- before executing a project, program will change current working dir to this folder (*.bat-files can be executed correctly)
- double-click on an ftp-source will open it's properties
- setup will ask to install icons for all users
- new setting: "Ask on cancel": enables/disables the question "Really cancel synchronization" when user hits "cancel"
- removed the "folder would be added"-entry on preview
- fixed association of sfp-files with SyncFolder
- fixed bug with many long paths as source-folders
- fixed bugs with "Exclusive"-filters
- fixed errors when switching between "show nothing" and "small status window"
- fixed error on "cancel" from the small status window
- added functionality to the "help"-menu entry of the tray icon
- fixed problems with ftp-usernames containing "@"

Version 2.1 released on 11/13/2004
- first release in english language (program already exists for a long time in german language. see www.SyncFolder.de for details)
